All orders are processed within 7–15 business days after payment confirmation.

If we experience a high volume of orders, processing may be delayed. In such cases, we will contact you by email.

We currently ship to:

Canada, Portugal, Spain, United Kingdom, United States

If your country is not listed, please contact us before placing an order.


 3. Shipping Rates & Delivery Time

Shipping fees are already set before checkout.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs, courier delays, or unforeseen circumstances.


 4. Shipment Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information (if available).

Please allow up to 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear.

 

5. Customs, Duties & Taxes

Ethereal is not responsible for customs fees, import duties, or taxes applied to international orders. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.


6. Delays, Lost or Damaged Packages

We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, customs, or incorrect delivery information provided by the customer.

If your order arrives damaged or appears to be lost, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at summergomes30@gmail.com, and we will assist you as soon as possible.


7. Incorrect Address

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
